Kimberly Gilbert, Managing Editor
Kimberly Gilbert has been writing about business, technology, regulatory compliance and the law for eight years. She has been managing editor of Construction Claims Monthly since 2007. Ms. Gilbert brings unique insight to the complexities of construction contracting and designs each of her monthly articles to distill concrete, real-world lessons from the most significant cases being reported today. Kimberly earned her bachelor's degree in English from Wesleyan University and a master of fine arts degree in writing, literature and publishing from Emerson College.

Gerard W. Ittig, Consulting Editor & Advisory Board Member
Gerry Ittig is a senior partner at Ittig & Ittig, P.C. in Washington DC where he specializes in construction contract matters. He is the author of numerous articles on contract issues and has written manuals on project management. Mr. Ittig lectures widely to associations and trade groups and has been construction counsel to contractor organizations. He has tried and arbitrated cases throughout the U.S., Canada and overseas.

Michael H. Payne, Advisory Board Member
Micheal H. Payne is a partner and Chair of the Federal Construction Practice Group at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman, P.C. in Philadelphia as well as an experienced trial lawyer who has represented contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in all aspects of federal contract and construction law.
