Matter of: MG Mako, Inc., 2011 Comp. Gen. B-404758 (Apr. 28, 2011)

A bid that fails to explicitly acknowledge a solicitation amendment can be thrown out as non-responsive. MG Mako, Inc. (Mako) bid on a Department of the Army project for maintenance, repair, construction and design/build services in support of National Guard activities in California. However, the bid was deemed nonresponsive for neglecting to acknowledge an amendment to the substantial electrical work involved in the project. [...]
