Contractor Recovers For Constructive Acceleration Schedule; Acceleration

The Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals has allowed a contractor to recover for a constructive acceleration of the work schedule.

The Army Corps of Engineers awarded a contract to Robust Construction, LLC to build lodging facilities and a service building at Altus Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The fixed-price contract called for Robust to submit regular computer-generated progress schedules depicting the critical path of activities.
