Drawing Narrowed Spec But Did Not Conflict Plans And Specifications; Changes-constructive

The Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals has ruled that where a specification stated multiple options and a drawing detail narrowed the contractor's options, there was no conflict and the specification did not supersede the drawing detail.
