Cpm Analysis Needed To Establish Shop Drawing Delay Delay-compensable; Schedule; Shop Drawings

The General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals has ruled that when a contract requires project delay to be established through critical path method (CPM) analysis, any delay caused by the government's slow turn-around of submittals must be proved accordingly.
