Government Loses Indian Incentive Program Argument

The Indian Incentive Program does not require that Indian firms perform the contract work themselves, the ASBCA ruled.

The government awarded C.F. Jordan a fixed-price contract to design and build a Navy Lodge Project at the Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Ft. Worth, Texas.
