Contractor Will Not Receive Compensation For Change Order Cost Increases

The Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals recently denied a contractor's motion for reconsideration of its decision to grant summary judgment to the Army Corps of Engineers (Corps).

In June 2004, the Corps and Tillamook County, Oregon asked the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) for permission to perform work on the North Jetty Revetment at Tillamook Bay.
