Subway Contractor Can Use Both Court And Board Claims Administration

The Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals has ruled that under the unique dispute resolution provisions of a WMATA contract, a contractor could sue for breach of contract in federal court and still file a claim for an equitable price adjustment under the same contract.
