Lost Labor Productivity Claim Denied Acceleration

A California court has denied a contractor recovery of lost labor productivity allegedly incurred as a result of extensive overtime work. The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority awarded a contract to Homer J. Olsen, Inc. for construction of 3.5 miles of light rail line. The project was plagued by delay from a variety of causes.
