Expired Lien Mandated Release Of Retainage Liens; Retainage

The Kentucky Supreme Court has ruled that once a supplier's lien expired, the project owner was no longer entitled to withhold funds from the prime contractor. And any claims regarding the supplier's worthless warranty had been released by the owner.
