In another case involving a mistaken pre-bid quotation, a Maryland court has allowed a contractor to enforce the price against a subcontractor.

Tech Contracting Co., Inc. was preparing to submit a bid to Baltimore County for construction of a Police Athletic League sports facility. Tech solicited price proposals from potential roofing subcontractors.
