The Court of Federal Claims has rejected a contractor's claim that the government prevented scheduled early completion and caused the contractor to incur unabsorbed home office overhead.

The Army Corps of Engineers awarded a contract to Jackson Construction Co., Inc. for construction of a new building at the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory in Hanover, New Hampshire.
