Mechanically Applied Signature Poses Problem Bids-responsiveness; Bonds-bid

The Comptroller General has ruled that while a mechanically applied signature can validate a document, it must be applied after the document is generated. If the signature is generated as part of the document itself, it cannot affirm the correctness of the document.
